Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 August 2026
This policy applies to all information collected or submitted through Giga-Ball's website and its iOS and iPadOS apps.
The short version: Giga-Ball collects nothing for itself. The app has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no accounts. The developer never sees your data. The only services the app talks to are Apple's own, iCloud and Game Center, and only to provide sync, leaderboards and achievements for you.
Information storage and sync
Giga-Ball stores game data, meaning your progress, unlocks, current game state and play statistics, on your device, and in your own Apple iCloud account so it can sync between devices signed into the same Apple ID. This data is only ever game data; it contains nothing that identifies you. It is stored and transmitted by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center
If you are signed into Game Center, scores you earn can be posted to Game Center leaderboards and achievements under your Game Center identity. This is handled entirely by Apple; the developer does not receive or store your Game Center data. You can play without Game Center. Nothing is posted if you are not signed in.
Notifications
The Giga-Ball app does not send notifications. Game Center may show its own banners (for example, when you earn an achievement); those are managed by Apple and can be controlled in your device's Game Center and notification settings.
Ads and analytics
Giga-Ball contains no advertising and no third-party analytics. The app makes no connections to advertising or tracking services of any kind.
Accessing, changing or deleting your information
- Game data on your device is deleted when you delete the app, or can be reset from the app's settings.
- Game data in iCloud can be managed or deleted through your device's iCloud settings (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud).
- Game Center data is managed through your Apple ID and Game Center settings.
Children's privacy
Giga-Ball complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. The app and website collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and no part of the website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
California privacy rights
Giga-Ball complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Since no personal information is collected, none is ever sold, shared or distributed to outside parties.
Your consent
By using the Giga-Ball website or apps, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
